CONCESSIONS
Most of our concessions stands are operated by non-profit organizations and groups in our community. Non-profit organizations are hired for an entire season. Contracts are offered during the summer. The application period begins each year on July 1. If you represent a non-profit organziation and are interested in operating a concession stand, please contact John Rinkenberger by e-mail at rnknbrgr@uiuc.edu.
STUDENT EXTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The Assembly Hall is looking for students to participate in the Assembly Hall Externship Program. Students should be interested in gaining knowledge and insight into different areas of event management.
If accepted into this progra, students will shadow an Assembly Hall staff member for a short period of time, learning about his/her postition and responsibilities.
Student Externship positions are available in the Fall and Spring Semesters in the following areas:

The Externship program is open to all University of Illinois students, and the number of externs is not currently limited. This is an unpaid, short-term position.
