Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.*
Saturday, Noon - 4 p.m.*
Sunday: Closed (Open at noon on show days for afternoon events and at 2 p.m. on show days for evening events)

* On event days, the Box Office will remain open through 30 minutes after the start of the event.

TICKET CENTRAL HOURS

Ticket Central is located in the Illini Union on the campus of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Hours are Monday through Friday, Noon-4 p.m. Window sales only.

WILL CALL
The Will Call Window is located in the Assembly Hall Entertainment Box Office. Tickets at Will Call will be available for pickup beginning two hours prior to event. Persons picking up tickets at will call must provide photo identification. If Box Office is closed, tickets already paid for will be at the Main West door.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Checks are accepted up to two weeks prior to day of event.

UIUC STUDENT DISCOUNTS

UIUC student discounts are only available at the Assembly Hall Box Office and Ticket Central in the Illini Union with a valid UIUC student ID. UIUC student discounts are not available at ticketmaster.com or by phone.

CONVENIENCE CHARGE
A $3 per ticket convenience charge will be added to all ticket costs for phone orders.

PATRON SERVICES/SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
To make performances more accessible to all of our Guests, we offer wheelchair and easy-access seating, interpretive services (notice required two weeks prior to show) and other special services. Contact the Box Office at (217) 333-5000 for more information. When ordering tickets, please inform the ticket agent of any seating requests that may require special accommodations.

 

CHILDREN’S ENTRY 
Usually, children two years and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to the Assembly Hall. Children under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent's or guardian's lap. PLEASE NOTE: Some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry into the Assembly Hall. Please check the event's ticket policies at the time of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at the Assembly Hall.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

Keep your tickets in a safe place until the event, but if they are lost or stolen, please contact the Box Office at (217) 333-5000 as soon as possible. Proof of purchase will be required to receive a ticket replacement.
